Why Linux Is Just Better Then Window

Linux;

        Linux is just wow.There is number of linux distribution with different features. It is a open source for examples if there is a house with the open door then obivously you want to know about the things that are present inside the house so as the same way you can check code of every linux. One main thing about linux is that it is free for everyone. No money have to pay to use linux. But whereas on window  money is required.But I cannot say that window is not best.

             

       

Performance;

     But personally why I don’t like window is that on older laptop window lags,freeze etc.And if I use window 32 bits then some software is not available for 32 bits but it takes less ram 32 bits window. But I have laptop with window 32 bits system and over there I checked the ram usage, it taking nearly 700 to750. And when i dual boot ''linux mint cinnamon 64'' bit it taking only ''662 mb'' of ram.So on this old laptop I have dual boot linux It giving best performance. So on performance linux wins.

      If you have older laptop and you  want to do programming then linux will be great choice for you beacause it takes less ram and resources. Due to usage of less ram and resources it makes your laptop more responsive then window.As you can image of linux mint cinnamon 64 bit which is taking ram only 662mb of ram, but if you compare with window 8.1 64 bits then it will nearly 900 to 1000gb of ram.

Which is easier to use?

     If you want to know between window and linux which is easier to use then window is easier. On window if you install anything then the pattern of installing it so easy, you can install with the help of mouse.But whereas on linux,if you want to install software then  you have to install with command line.But you can  learn from online platform like from youtube,websites etc. You can learn within a week basic knowledge  of linux.

                     

But which Desktop Environment  linux should i choose for my old laptop?

      There are many Desktop Environment linux  are available like Gnome, xfce, mate, kde plasma, 

cinnamon.But for older laptop i recommended you to dual boot xfce environment becuse xfce environment is a light weight like Manjaro xfce, Zorin os Lite, Linux Mint xfce, Gauda xfce and many other xfce environment are available. This linux  takes less ram nearly 500-600 mb.

Gnome , kde plasma like Ubuntu, Fedora, Pop Os, Manjaro , Garuda kde this linux distro takes ram nearly 1000-1300. Which is may not suitable for having ram 2-3 gb ram.
