This is the error that i have got while installing 'neofetch' through command line on ubuntu 20.04. You may get this kind of error while installing other application  through command line. I have got this error because i was updating my ubuntu  through command line . And without fully updating i have stop it from updating  . And it was updating on background. so i have got this error. 

You can see error clearly.

SOLUTION:

Just restart your ubuntu. to avoid this kind of error. while restarting it will stop updating through background.

I have fixed this solution by restarting my Ubuntu.
